Who am I?

I’m Silvia Mejia, a Design Leader with over 15 years of experience turning complex challenges into intuitive, beautiful experiences.

With a Master's in Digital Business Strategy and roots in both brand development and product design, I bridge creative vision with business strategy to create work that performs as well as it looks.

My educational foundation includes a Bachelor's in Graphic Design and two Master's degrees—one in Community Management & Web Positioning, and another in Digital Business Strategy. This multidisciplinary background allows me to approach design challenges from both creative and strategic angles.

"I start every project by asking not just what does this need to look like?" but "what problem are we actually solving, and for whom?" This approach has helped me grow user bases by 95%, improve engagement across platforms, and create systems that scale.

Design, for me, is where logic meets emotion. It's why I spent months researching elderly users' needs before designing Digital Cane, why I A/B tested layouts for the Online Visit platform, and why I obsess over the smallest details in brand systems. Great design doesn't just look good, it works, it scales, and it moves the needle on business goals.
