I believe great design happens at the intersection of user empathy and business strategy.
"I start every project by asking not just what does this need to look like?" but "what problem are we actually solving, and for whom?" This approach has helped me grow user bases by 95%, improve engagement across platforms, and create systems that scale.
Design, for me, is where logic meets emotion.
